Mango Halo Halo Sago!

Ingredients

  • Dole Mango Chunks in a Blend of 100% Juice* (the star of the show!)

  • Large tapioca pearls (sago)

  • Sweetened condensed milk

  • Coconut milk

  • ice (little spheres)

  • Halo Halo mix! (for that extra Halo Halo vibe!)

Directions

Directions should always be short and to the point.

  1. First things first, let's get our sago pearls cooked. Just follow the package directions – usually, it involves boiling them until they're translucent and chewy. [ I'm going to be realistic here mine took a while, because while my pearls were boiling and the water got really thick then i drained and placed new water did this like 3 times as we check for the sago to be one clear color as that gets done, the rinse them again under cold water and set aside.

  2. Now for the mango magic! This is where the Dole Mango Chunks really shine. We're going to blend about our whole Dole Mango Chunks with the juice from the can, along with some condensed milk and your coconut milk. This creates that wonderfully creamy, smooth mango base. Look how vibrant that color is! And it was so easy, no messy mango peeling required!

  3. Now for the assembly, the fun part! Grab your summer party bowl.

  4. We'll start with a layer of our halo halo mix that includes nata de coco aka coconut jelly, sweet red and white beans, jackfruit.

  5. Then, a generous scoop of creamy condensed milk, and your cooked sago pearls.

  6. Now, let's add some of the Dole Mango Chunks right on top.

  7. Look at this masterpiece! Every spoonful is a symphony of flavors and textures. You've got the chewiness of the sago, the icy coolness, the rich creaminess, and those perfect bursts of sweet, juicy mango from our Dole Mango Chunks. It's light, it's refreshing, and it's absolutely packed with flavor.

  8. This is truly the best summer treat & Enjoy.
