6 oz. sushi grade salmon
1 tsp. seasame oil
1 tsp. seasame chili oil
1 tbs. gluten-free tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tsp. furikake
Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Place salmon in a clean mixing bowl.
