Ingredients:


  1. 6 oz. sushi grade salmon

  2. 1 tsp. seasame oil

  3. 1 tsp. seasame chili oil

  4. 1 tbs. gluten-free tamari soy sauce

  5. 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  6. 1/4 cup chopped scallions

  7. 1 tsp. furikake


Directions:


  1. Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Place salmon in a clean mixing bowl.

  3. Add in seasame oil, seasame chili oil, gluten-free tamari soy sauce, diced cucumbers, chopped scallions, and furikake and stir together the ingredients.

  4. Stir well until everything is combined. Taste the salmon for flavor and add more of anything you'd like!
